Welcome Baby!

Welcome to the family, Liddie Lowe! Born Oct 15 at 8:46 pm. Weighed 7.5 pounds and 20 inches long. It was a beautiful birth and it's been a great recovery. She was born at home in the birthing tub; it was everything I wanted it to be. The girls are in love, even though they wanted a brother. We couldn't be happier, unless she was already sleeping through the night. :)

Poor little neglected blog

My brother was bugging me about our neglected blog. All of our energy has been spent nesting for this baby (three more weeks!) but it doesn't mean we don't love you. Here's a photo of my belly and Elsie's 4th birthday. See you when we're a family of 5!

Curiosity makes you smart

The world is full of wonders, riches, powers, puzzles. What it holds can make us horrified, sorrowful, amazed, confused, joyful. But nothing in it can make us bored. Boredom is the result of some lack in ourselves, not of some lack in the world.
